A high publicity historical restoration project in San Francisco, CA. Trades performed included stucco restoration from swing stages, steel window and door restoration, and concrete spall repair.

a 7 story, 141 unit occupied senior housing rehab in San Jose, CA. Tasks performed included: exterior elastomeric coating from swing stages, exterior joint sealant replacement, exterior rail refinishing, concrete repair at deck stanchions, deck sloping and coating, wood fence staining and sealing, and full interior paint. 

A 92 unit housing facility in San Francisco, CA. Our work included exterior elastomeric from swing stage and scaffold, exterior tnemic on steel surfaces, extensive sealant replacement, crack repair, spall repair, exterior rail painting, exterior geometric mural painting, and interior painting.

As a Kemper certified applicator, we applied a monolithic, seamless waterproofing membrane at the platform and track area to prevent water intrusion. All work was performed during off hours with extensive safety precautions.

A high publicity historical restoration project at the Sacramento Valley train station. As a part of this 2 year project, we performed steel and wood window and door restoration including hardware replacement and industrial paint finishes.

An occupied rehabilitation of a multi-family residential complex with included retail space in Oakland, CA. Our waterproofing scope included the application of Kemper to over 40 planters located above a parking garage on the first story and installation of a pedestrian traffic and waterproofing coating to all residential balconies and 2nd story podiums. Our interior scope consisted of new paint at both residential units and commercial retail space.

An occupied affordable housing rehab consisting of 47 units spread out between 15 separate buildings in Berkeley, CA. Our scope included full interior painting, exterior elastomeric, exterior fence painting, and application of fire retardant intumescent paint at structural steel.

The conversion of a dated nursing home to a fully functional assisted living facility in San Mateo, CA. We performed full interior and exterior painting of the 14 unit building along with various interior and exterior staining of natural wood. 

A occupied 101 unit affordable housing complex spread between 15 buildings in San Francisco, CA. We performed full exterior painting along with a custom mix of full interior repaints and select item refinishing to match existing. We also refinished the existing security gates at all unit entries.

A 94 unit affordable housing complex spread between 8 multi-story buildings in San Francisco, CA. Our scope included select interior painting to match existing finishes, full exterior painting, and site concrete work.

Located at the Arden Fair Nordstroms in Sacramento, CA. Our scope consisted of removing and replacing all sealant at the exterior brick, applying a Kemper waterproofing membrane to select planters, installing new sheet metal covers at other exposed planters, and refinishing decorative metal with a tnemic industrial coating.

A 10 story, 150 unit senior housing complex in downtown Oakland, CA. Our exterior work consisted of a mix of painting and silicone waterproofing coating from both swing stage and scaffold, spall repair, epoxy crack injection, sealants, and deck coatings. For the interior, we provided select painting at interior units, full common area painting, and painting of new entry, closet, and bedroom doors.
