Tasks performed included: exterior elastomeric coating from swing stages, exterior joint sealant replacement, exterior rail refinishing, concrete repair at deck stanchions, deck sloping and coating, wood fence staining and sealing, and full interior paint.
A 92 unit housing facility in San Francisco, CA. Our work included exterior elastomeric from swing stage and scaffold, exterior tnemic on steel surfaces, extensive sealant replacement, crack repair, spall repair, exterior rail painting, exterior geometric mural painting, and interior painting.
As a Kemper certified applicator, we applied a monolithic, seamless waterproofing membrane at the platform and track area to prevent water intrusion. All work was performed during off hours with extensive safety precautions.

Occupied rehab of 22 units in Oakland, CA. We provided complete repaint of exterior buildings and fences along with select interior painting of units. Exterior waterproofing scope consisted of a cementitious coating at unit patios.
A historical window and door restoration project at the Faculty Club on the UC Berkeley campus. As a part of our restoration scope, our specialty carpenter crafted and installed new stiles and rails. We also retrofitted old single pane lites with new double pane insulated glass and replaced the glazing as needed. Dry rot was routed and filled with an epoxy to simulate intact wood. Once wood and hardware was restored to working order, we matched the existing paint and stains to give the windows a new finish.
